To get started, simply click on one of the links on this page and complete our online submission form which will also include fields for your digital book uploads. We accept the following formats: PRC (Kindle Native Format), ePub, .Mobi, or PDF. Our preference is ePub, but any of these other formats are fine.
Wise Bear will consider most books for review unless it contains the following: pornography, extreme violence, and/or excessive foul language. Once we receive your submission, our review team will consider and decide whether your book’s content falls into any of these categories.
Our reviews are priced for 14, 30, 60, and 90 day intervals:
- 14 Day Express Review – $100.00
- 30 Day Review Turnaround – $75.00
- 60 Day Review Turnaround – $65.00
- 90 Day Review Turnaround – $50.00
- FREE Reviews – Subject to Availability
Occasionally we consider free reviews, but there is no time guarantee your book will be chosen due to content and/or time constraints. Book with word counts exceeding 100,000 words may be subject to and additional fee. You will be contacted to discuss if necessary.
Important Note: Wise Bear Digital Book Award contestants receive a book review as part of their participation and entry fee into the contest.
Upon receipt of your online submission form, and digital book or manuscript, your project will be assigned to a qualified reviewer who will read the complete book and write a full review. Our reviewers include teachers, librarians, business executives, web developers, digital publishers, editors, academics, and creative executives in the entertainment and publishing industries. In short, we pair your book with the best possible reviewer for your genre or topic.
Your review will then be featured on our website for two to three months after which it will be archived indefinitely. All reviews include your book’s cover and book summary.
Once your review is completed, Wise Bear will send you the review via email. Feel free to use it in any manner you’d like. If it is a negative review, you can request that we never post it or use it in any way. Our goal is to promote you and your writing in the best possible light, but we are committed to writing honest unbiased reviews. In fact, you may be contacted during the review process if we believe constructive feedback is warranted, but please be advised no refunds will be issued once your book has been received and accepted.

Digital books and collateral marketing material sent for review purposes will become the physical property of Wise Bear, Inc. and will not be returned once your review is completed Authors will always maintain ownership of their own copyrighted books and materials. We do not sell or distribute your digital book in any format or manner. All material remains in our digital content archive which is periodically purged after a substantial period of time.
Additionally, marketing materials you send to us including, but not limited to: book cover images, book summaries, author photos, author bios, etc. will be used with your implied permission. By sending us your marketing material you will allow Wise Bear Books to use your copyrighted content on our websites and emails for marketing and promotional activities.
